HSJ-75E Higher Efficiency PPR Pipe Making Machine

The extruder is high efficiency designed for PPR pipe, equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise. Composite spiral extrusion die head assures that melting pressure and flux are uniformity and the surface of pipe is lubricity.Adopting vacuum calibrating and spray cooling water tanks, accurate calibration, fast cooling. The water tank is made from stainless steel. This production line is a higher efficiency machine, which production speed is 25m/min(for 20mm pipe).
